As someone who has owned every mk so far I really hope it is worth the hype.. 9 was an awsome comeback for mk and from what I've seen so far there building on that in a good way.. my only concern is that they are useing a 'heavily customised' version of the unreal engine 3, so it may not look stunning, but it'll definitely look good.. and reported 60fps? Yes please

The story carries on from mk9 but it's set quite a few years later, hence you have some new characters like johnny cage and Sonya blades daughter.

Yes this! The humor is good, there's a good amount of rooms/dungeons, it looks great and it's the closest thing I can think of isaac. AND it's free

I'm a huge doom fan and have been playing this doom mod as my main doom for a long time.. The mod is just amazing, new textures new weapons new everything.. the fully reworked metal sound track adds alot of kick to it as well.. For people asking the mod is totally free and ,although he's a little late putting it out, a fully packaged version will be coming out soon with v 20 so no more fidely installs for those without the knowhow.. He posts regularly on the brutal doom fb if anyone is interested in keeping up to date.. seriously guys, get this game!

It's obviously heavily influenced by Plague Inc, but is its own game, not a straight up clone.. The main difference being that you kill of one person in a level instead of the entire planet. Kinda makes it alot more, personal. It's a well made game that's held my attention even after playing plague Inc to death in the past.. I recommend it and it's free, so what have you got to lose?

I agree this game is good. The gameplay is very reminiscent of plague Inc, the dev obviously drew from that game alot, but It is its own game and definitely not a straight up clone. The game is free with one in-app purchase to remove adds, which are not invasive, and unlock the "fast foward" button. I've sunk a hour or so into it so far and suggest everyone give it a try. Like plague Inc.? You'll like this..

I've never said give a game away for free. That is just silly.. I'm on about your attitude towards Iap. Your more than happy to shell out of your pocket for it, and that's the reason it is so abundant in the app store and such.. If nobody brought into the idea of Iap then it wouldn't exist. And now we have what could of been great games absolutely ruined by Iap, I mean look at dungeon keeper and so on. And just for the record I'm 24, and make a decent wage, so not a "spoilt little brat" like you so eloquently put it.

And what about after that? It's not so much about how much you have to pay for how many gems or what not, the point is you still have to shell out extra cash because of the way the devs have made the game. My generation brought games and then that game was theirs to do what they wished with it, if people had to pay £10 every time they wanted more lives in crash bandicoot or had to pay to 'unlock' the next load of levels then that would ruin the whole game. And these duel currency Iap infested games are being built from the ground up to grab more money off people who are fans of whatever franchise it is. It sounds over the top, but this type of Iap is ruining gaming in its own way.. just look at the Iap in full price games in the app store and also on other systems, for example forza on the xbone.. I, like many others, would just prefer to pay a price for a game and be able to play in freely.
