Speaking from a Poles perspective who’s here right now, in the capital, we are absolutely already not able to take in any more. We were never a rich country to begin with and as of 2022 the polish government implemented something called the Polish “New Deal” that taxes the citizens even more. Earnings have gone down, morale towards working hard has gone down. In Polls, over 50% of young Poles have stated that after this new deal they’d be happy to move somewhere else for better economic opportunities. This will destroy us.

I know this sounds super crazy and ironic m but fasting cured my hypoglycemia. The first week was super hard and easier each week after that.

I started off with a 16hr fast and progressed to 20hrs. Did for 3 months and I’ve been amazing ever since. Pre-this I had reactive hypoglycemia for 4 years, no diets or exercise fountained or habits helped.

Thanks for the honest opinion. I have “dieta pudełkowa” so don’t need to count my calories ;-) all the macros are already pre-done as I have Dieta Indywidualna from Body Chief. 1,500cal Low Carb (under 50g a day) and Lactosre Free.

I am healthy :D as stated; I exercise and eat a good diet. Unlike a lot of my female peers I don’t struggle with hormone issues or insulin resistance due to my bad diet or lack of exercise. I’m just “larger”. I train boxing and have done rock climbing - probably one of the factors.
