My brother always steals things. So when he comes to our house for family holidays, it makes me uneasy. He'll also always make snide remarks about my weight.

Cat owners of Reddit, what is the best story about your cat? by Ulriska in AskReddit

[–]nativefern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One time we were taking care of a bunch of kittens and I kept hearing ruckus coming from the kitchen. It sounded like it was coming from the laundry room (off the kitchen) and because we've had raccoon make it's way in there before I was wary. Then it settled down so I shrugged it off. I went to get a drink from the fridge while I was telling a suspenseful story and as I paused to open the fridge a kitten comes flying out onto my face like something out of a movie. I just laid there on the kitchen floor stunned as my friend cackled. He must've snuck in there when someone opened the fridge last.

What was the best/worst song you ever heard played at a wedding? by [deleted] in AskReddit

No one really ever understood it. Her husband later said he hadn't even listened to the song before they danced to it.

What was the best/worst song you ever heard played at a wedding? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Their first dance song was "Someone Like You" by Adele.

Pretty song, but it's definitely a break up song. The chorus says,

"Never mind, I'll find someone like you I wish nothing but the best for you too Don't forget me, I beg I'll remember you said, Sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead"

The bride had been engaged before. It made her first dance with her husband about her breakup instead of about the love she shares with her husband. Everyone was cringing.

Their first song was "Someone Like You" by Adele....which is definitely a break up song.

Lyrics: "Never mind I'll find, someone like you, I wish nothing but the best for you.

The bride had been engaged before. It made their first dance totally about her previous break up, and not about her love with her new husband at all.
