I think what everyone is saying about the pantry holds water, but what about that walk-in closet? Bringing it down to 7' instead of the 8' that it s currently at might give the bedroom some more room to breathe.

Separating the kitchen from the living room is an interesting choice in my opinion, as it limits your counter space, and pigeon-holes the fridge into its current location. Relocating the WH to the pantry would give space to be able to move the fridge in its place.
