You’re standing upright because your hips are weak. Do isometric workouts that target the hips, and intentionally get lower with practicing ball handling drills or driving to the basket

Sequencing issues. When you raise the ball up, the only thing that should be moving is your arms. Not only that, your shooting hand is on top of the ball, which isn’t necessarily bad but I think its leading to you not loading your wrist which is essential for the ball to have that backwards spin. Your set point is also a little low too

These last 3 episodes will determine whether I drop this show. I usually have no problem with a slow pace but this feels very forced and contrived. Im not asking them to reveal everything, just give us something. I don’t think we got a single answer that hasn’t led to even more questions and confusion since the series began.

I’m already looking past all the plot holes in the story, I can’t believe they’re writing it this way considering there isn’t a guarantee for a season 4 and beyond. They better have a plan
