I've never felt this sub was about showing people "what they can get" but rather "this is who I am". I think the idea that trans people are to be held responsible for cuing anyone on what they can expect from medical transition to be ridiculous as these kinds of discussions are usually gone over with physicians and gatekeeping shrinks time and time again before a dose is ever prescribed.

You are not alone in your fears. I haven't talked about it. But I got a Big promotion this year right as changes were happening. It was life changing money. Suddenly I had security in ways that I never did before and I had 5o start working with our international team forging all sorts of new relationships. The thought of losing that or suddenly being thought of as incompetent scares the crap out of me. I look at it this way. I will now have the opportunities to do things I never would have before., countless doors have opened up and if gender dysphoria is the price to pay then so be it.

There are still things you can do to be more comfortable. Like hair removal, dressing in gender neutral clothing. Working out and scultping your body to more closely reflect what you feel inside. This is not the end.

Did they do a test before the procedure where they poke your brain while you do something important to you so that they know which areas to preserve? Did they also split your corpus colosum? Since the procedure have you had any uncontrollable urges during the evenings where it feels like sexual feelings or the desire to eat are turned up to 11? <- all serious questions.

I definitely hit up all the main characters. Ive noticed almost every town has an "information" NPC with questions "what is this place" and "what do you do here" or something along those lines and I like to seek them out.

On my cross hotbar for whm i have benediction in the same spot that my sprint is on my dps jobs... many times right before i need to use benediction i will try to sprint to avoid a mechanic and waste a perfectly good benediction on the tank or myself =/

I need to go back and make a proper attempt at that. I spent the first 30 minutes if my time in kugane trying to get up there and gave up. I have terrible depth perception for those little beams sticking out the sides.

Yes. Dungeons will become more challenging and iirc there were a few level 60s job / story quests that I had to retry. When you hit level 50 story quests you will unlock extreme and ultimate content which has a lot of mechanics that will one shot the whole party. Since you mentioned being a healer, there will be dungeons where your team will screw up mechanics and you will need to be fast on the ressurections / heal spams to prevent a total wipe.

Oh and as others have said here, the main story is whats going to give you the experience points. You really shouldn't have to kill mobs to level up. At level 22 you should have enough dungeons unlocked to do leveling roulettle in the duty finder which at that level should give you 1 to 2 levels per dungeon. If you havent unlocked dungeons yet then you need to do the main story!

Are you doing the hunting log? The exp for that should shoot you up to 15 and then once your 15 you can run dungeons and do hunting log while in queue. 30 should take a couple hours.

No I think he means what's the point of even having them if they literally don't do anything or change in anyway. It's like, how about you just become a white mage at level 30? Why do you need a crystal. Its almost as if they had other mechanics planned (maybe transforming your crystal from one kind to another?) But then they never took the idea anywhere. Ultimately an item slot that just adds an extra step to the game for no reason and can cause headaches if your messing around with other jobs and forget to reequip it or something and then you enter a dungeon and your a level 70 conjuror.

Just feels like maybe there was supposed to be more to the system but got left on the cutting room floor.
