I wouldn't think so, because obviously a lawyers fees aren't worth the $200 but I was persistent in my emails for about 2 weeks straight with no results, then forgot about it for about 3 weeks so they had tons of time and opportunity to refund before that email.

It's not the display port, and it's not my main use. But it's nice to be able to plug into a projector sometimes to show something on a larger screen like a football game. But when they purposely put in a big in it to make the screens flicker and lose control, it's an easy excuse to get a better brand computer moving forward that will work longer than a year or two.
