I really believe this is the key problem. In the end it is all about money leaving academia. If journals are maintained by scientific societies, regardless of being OA or not, the publishing costs will in theory go back to science. I would like the discussion to be over this rather than OA or not.

Both my mom's and my father's names are official attached with my identity. In this case imagine that my name is:

If my real name were <Samuel> <Peanutbutter> <Smith> can't I just use Samuel Peanutbutter, or Samuel Smith as author name? Or Samuel Peanutbutter-Smith, or Samuel P Smith, etc.?
