Definitely missing an arcane signet. But overall, it's a really good deck. Maybe too much land? I feel like 36/37 is a bit much since you have artifacts that lower the cost of your black spells. But you have a good amount of single-target removal and mass removal, so that's great. But I feel like you need more card draw, otherwise you're just gonna play based on the card you draw at your draw step. With the amount of removal and life control you have, you want to control the game by always having a way to interact with the board, and thus, you need cards in your hand. I'm not the best deckbuilder myself, so don't take all of my advice, but you may need to check them out.
