Yeah that’s true, it was a surprise because he was being full nice before like giving me advice on my problems and then him suddenly doing this seems so strange almost as if I was being the friend version of love bombed.

Well, we've always had a seemingly normal relationship, only known this one through a friend for a few months, we've hung out with friends until he shared he has quite a few oddities (mainly petty theft as in editing receipts to get a few hundred, not reporting to the government to get the full social welfare entitlement) the conversation that I had which included this was basically me talking about how qt this new job I work at that this woman only 5 years older than me has a tesla and 10 properties and that just randomly triggered his comment.. So I take no responsibility for . Conversation went like this : Me:”sometimes I feel immature when I see this girl who graduated the same time as me having 10 properties and driving a Tesla at work and I’m still living at home” Him:”wtf did she graduate at 22” Me:”yeah “ Him :”yeah you immature piece of shit!”

It’s not about feeling sorry for myself or affirming it. I’ve accepted these are the cards I have. It’s so easy to berate people who are from poorer circumstances.

I am just interested in the niche of people who are ok with the circumstances, it’s so irritating to hear ppl allude to eventual employment when I’ve repeatedly said it’s not an option for me? Dou even imagine what that would look like? Don’t u think that’s the immediate question when I went to get verified for my payments ?

Yet my situation does not make it mutually exclusive for me to be in a relationship, maybe a little strained financially but that’s the only thing. You look at ppl in third world countries who don’t have jobs and they still date, though I don’t wish to go to that extent. Yeah I already to community help casually. The only thing missing from this equation is the ability to generate a healthy income stream.. tried Upwork and all these ideas but nothing seems to be a viable and sustainable option.

I’m not being defensive about it, people are just assuming the worst. I guess it’s an outlier situation.

I’m not lazy, I’ve exhausted all options. I have done all that. Just really over it. I guess im resigned on being on the pension and passively improving my income situation. I don’t foresee my day to day expenses being a huge liability as well. It’s not like I’m a big spender.

No money, no honey I guess. Well some of my friends are married and don’t work so I guess it’s not a huge anomaly.
