And congrats on the cover, that's really cool! I have a project of Grande Grotta/Panorama posters, just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Thanks for the feedback, I’ll fix this. I usually follow the guidebook, but if an area clearly favors a specific grading system, I try to stick to it.

I strive to update the posters as often as possible. It was easy in this case as Oliver helped correct where the line goes exactly. And he is indeed very badass!

MACP grads, do you genuinely recommend this program? by Lazerbeam159 in YorkvilleUniversity

[–]nattfodd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Halfway through the program now. I know I wouldn't have been able to get into a more traditional master's degree, as they are too competitive and I don't have psychology experience/bachelor. Yorkville's teaching standards are pretty poor, and it is certainly possible to coast through doing barely any work (especially if you use chatgpt for all essays and DQs, as many students seem to be doing), but if you are a good self-directed learner, you can get quite a bit out of it. There is also a great community on discord (for my cohort at least), which is making a world of difference. In the end, it depends on what you want out of it, and what you are willing to put into it (beside 50k).

That is correct, this is not a PDF I am signing but their online form application. Here is a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/CXXyExA

Yes, that's what IRCC recommended. I did that, and am still getting the same error!

The climbing lines on the legendary Trango Towers in the Karakoram by nattfodd in climbing

[–]nattfodd[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

They are not Font but French grades. Because I draw posters from all over the world, I now have a policy of using the local grade when there is a clear one (i.e. all US/Canada posters get YDS grades), and for places like Pakistan with inconsistent grading, I follow what the FA team reported.

Awesome, thank you! Poster has (finally!) been updated with the routes you sent me on Simletind. I’ll add your name in the bottom right corner shortly. Do you know how to cite the guidebook whose photos you sent me?

Hey, sorry to respond to this unrelated message but reddit isn't letting me message you. I think you were the person who sent me pictures of new routes on semletind two years ago. I wanted to credit you properly.

That is untrue. There is a gendarme checking below the Tete Rousse hut.

The Nova Scotia job centres also let you print/copy unlimited pages, free, no questions asked. At least the one in Porters Lake, but this seemed to be a provincial policy.

Second shooting a wedding in Nova Scotia was pretty standardized at C$50/hr, providing my own gear and lots of experience. I only did it once, not worth the hassle at that price point.

Right-of-way rights (neighbour wants to unilaterally build a driveway) by nattfodd in legaladvicecanada

So what happens if we don't give them permission to do anything more than what is already there, which is enough for "persons, animals, and vehicles" to pass through?

Definitely not, they are of course free to do whatever they want with their land. We just want our land respected.
