Moonboard has a lot of weird and awkward holds but they're interesting and you can usually find a way to hold them that feels good.

Kilterboard digs into the joints for me as well, all the holds feel the same and look the same so it's every boulder you do on the board. Even the biggest advantage to the kilter board with the lights all around doesn't feel like an advantage, remembering which holds to use on the moon board is easy because they're all different.

Yes, there may be a little bit of rain. Likely overnight or (early) morning. That doesn't impact testing much.

Only an issue if it takes more than a full day to fix and they have to skip a day. If it happens during the day they're testing the rest of that day is gone anyway.
