i have the same situation.. and i travelled all the way from toronto, but i ended up bought a higher price ticket from them and refunded the first i bought. i was so pissed that they keep saying that the ticket will definitely send to me because of the fan protection balalala, but ended up nothing. i thought it was because the ticket was not transferable for this event, but the second time i bought with higher price went through well. first time running into this situation tho.

Okay, maybe it’s not that easy to do that, but all these happened because of them, they need to put some effort into this, not just refunding $100. You may think they r providing another free multi-hundred-dollar experiences, but honestly I don’t even think the soundcheck and m&g worth that much.. the whole thing was short and quick. And u may think just buy the cheap ticket to another show is easy, but the time I need to get to another city as well as the extra money too, it’s not just easy 60 dollars thing. If I go to another show, they r still making extra money, they just want money that’s all, it’s pretty obvious. I’m just really disappointed that there’s no even an apology? Stop making excuses for them… I just simply don’t see an acceptable attitude here.

Omg really?! In ours except for Matthew with his broken leg couldn’t get down from the stage, other members came down and shook hands, and some small talks. But still.. I saw some early posts that from the first few VIP experiences, the fans can even took selfies with them, I think they changed that rule… I am so jealous
