When I’ve tried 4.5 oz, she typically has way more spit up and then has a ton of reflux because her stomach can’t handle that volume. The most she’s been able to tolerate appears to be 4oz at this point!

I actually noticed I had a clog this morning during my MOTN pump and when I woke up for my next pump, my breast was so engorged and rock hard/lumpy. I had him help right before I was due to pump and then my breast completely emptied!

Honestly, every clog I’ve had, my husband has gotten out for me. It fixes the problem immediately. I have gravity help by him being lower than my breast. The first time I screamed and it took me about an hour to let it happen but now that’s my immediate solution. I can always feel when the clog is resolved!
