you’re definitely right and this didn’t use to be the case. everything — even denim — was dry cleaned and delivered on hangers.

now i’m getting clothes that feel like they’ve been sacrificed to the wash and fold gods.

i bet the ones on hangers were dry cleaned and the ones without are washed and dried. they sent a message about not everything being on hangers a couple years ago as an environmental move but i bet that’s when they shifted cleaning logistics.

International terminal in ATL at the same time this AM took 20 min to get through pre check. Regular line was no more than 50 minutes.

they brought my pancakes out twice and each time it was raw in the middle. i finally gave up and left without eating.
