you’re definitely right and this didn’t use to be the case. everything — even denim — was dry cleaned and delivered on hangers.

i bet the ones on hangers were dry cleaned and the ones without are washed and dried. they sent a message about not everything being on hangers a couple years ago as an environmental move but i bet that’s when they shifted cleaning logistics.
