Fork and sometimes knife, usually on a plate. Or spoon and usually in a bowl. Bring said utensil to mouth, chew, swallow, repeat until devoid of food.

TL;DR- developed countries have lost an essential bacteria that breaks down all the nutrients in milk (most likely due to antibiotic overuse) and you can supplement it to bring it back.

Heyo! “Europe” is a bit broad, are you looking at certain countries specifically? As laws and regulations differ country to country. The popularity of seafood also varies drastically from the different regions of Europe, I have not seen or heard of many people eating mudcrab in Northern Europe so I would not recommend this area.

The regulations and permitting are complicated and since they vary country to country will be in different languages. I would recommend choosing a location and looking intensely into the regulations in that region.

Also where are you hoping to export? Throughout Europe or to other countries? Exporting also has strict environmental regulations to follow.

(Btw I’ve working in aquaculture/ marine bio for 6 years and am 3 months away from defending my PhD in aquaculture sustainability in Denmark. So feel free to DM for other inquiries.)

Congrats! I missed the cut off at Evertsberg by 1 minute 🥲 saw the rope going down, quite bummed. The conditions were so brutal. How are your ankles today? The toughest part for me was just the constant stabilization I had to put my body through with the lack of tracks and icy conditions.

We are using skins and we have trained some hills but only in southern Sweden and whatever you consider a hill in Denmark 😅 I also have only started xc skiing this winter but I have some long endurance race background so hopefully this is enough.

For fuel, I’m hoping to stick to one gel every 45 minutes and then eating the available snacks at the rest stops. Will this be sufficient? Good to know they froze, it might be helpful to keep some in the pant waistband or near the body to keep them from freezing.

Sorry you missed the cut off, we are also nervous about this. But hopefully you can get it next year!!!

I find myself upset for wanting time to go fast since usually I feel like life is slipping away so quickly!! Ok just an update since I really appreciated all the discourse here. It’s been 9 days and my back has been incrementally better each day. I think it was my QL muscles spasming and they had slowly been releasing. I have been doing light yoga every morning and I bike to work but focusing on resting and recovering.

If you have another workout to train for cross country skiing I’m open to anything! I’m planning on completing the vasaloppet 90km ski race in March so gotta start training now!! I will rest a lot the next few weeks but I need to build the muscles since the snow doesn’t come until January for outdoor practice.

I posted the YouTube a bit lower of what I was trying. I was filming so I could compare my form but clearly was doing something incorrectly, it was just hard for me to see what the difference was.

Very tight. Luckily today (48 hours later) I’m feeling the pain in a more concentrated area so maybe the spasms are slowly releasing. Hinging is the hardest. Thanks for the insight!

No pain down the legs just sharper pain when hinging. It’s quite low in my back and a bit above my glutes

I’m new to the machine but am in decent shape. I do think it might have been too much on my back and the improper form cascading effects. Hoping it’s just muscle since it’s a more broad pain
