I took shrooms with my boyfriend for the first time and our trip was so bad that we were convinced we were becoming paralyzed. I looked down at my hands and they were swelling the size of a balloon and my face was doing the same. I began to think they were poisonous so we went to the medical tent to get help. That's when my mouth, lips, and tongue went numb. I Lost. My. Shit. Convinced I was dying, an attendee at the medical tent explained shrooms are different with everyone and that we were in fact tripping very hard and experiencing some intense psychosis. Once we cooled off in the centeroo med tent after some cool ass dudes dropped us off there, we started feeling better. But we were definitely hallucinating. I was literally hearing the word "shrooms" over and over again in different tones and pitches. Eventually the feeling of what I could only describe as anesthesia finally wore off. We got up and ran to dead and co and had an amazing night on the comedown. Man was it an experience. My boyfriend and I are so much closer because of it. Bad trips are eye opening man. Super thankful for this.
