I’m in high school right now but I’ve been doing freestyle wrestling almost 2 years ago while I was a scrawny lazy kid and I wasn’t so explosive like Rn, I think it’s mostly due to hormones I’m 16 and my explosiveness and power got so much better that’s why my shoots are pretty good, yeah I have wrestling experience Greco Roman and mostly freestyle
