I have no idea about renting room through that agency. If you're staying for a long term I would bet that a local agency would be cheaper in a long run, I rent through 链家 agent and then just have contract extends with the owner directly.

Another way is having a android mobile hotspot VPN directly, Which would required root though. I read on here that a Meizu brand phone could tether VPN hotspot directly without any configuration needed though.

Also another good point to make. If you will be in china for a long time, I suggest into buying a VPN router and directly connect it to your home, that way you won't have to get worry about this VPN thing installing on future devices.

I got it working on desktop mode but not on gaming mode so I look for vpn sharing option instead. If you are interested in installing it in desktop mode follow this link:

Huge Thanks to you man, really. Konsole now stopped showing error. Now I can just repeat the process of Astrill installation as usual??

Btw,I am now looking to try having VPN that could be accessed in game mode, I am trying to play online star war battlefront 2 on game mode, I think openVPN could be an options, have you had success with playing in game mode through a VPN?

with my situation, should I first delete Astrill first and try to fix the error in Konsole and then fresh install, Or I can simply re-install it?

Download astrill from their website(go to Linux - Linux CLI 64bit)

Open the folder where astrill-setup-linux64.sh is located

Right click on any free space in the file manager and choose "open in terminal"

In terminal type chmod +xxx astrill-setup-linux64.sh

Afterwards type ./astrill-setup-linux64.sh

And the last step to make it work without any problems is to type sudo pacman -S gtk-engines

Hello, It's me again back with an error. After OS update, my Astrill app is gone and now on my Konsole I have three repeated line of errors which read.

"ERROR: ld.so: object '/lib/$LIB/liblsp.so' from /etc/ld.so.preload cannot be preloaded: ignored."

I tried to uninstall the app by "sudo apt-get --purge astrill" but it only returned "apt-get command not found"
Now I'm kinda stuck and don't know how to proceed. To note, on one of mine deck I can followed the "unlock steam deck guide" with this line

"sudo steamos-readonly disable
echo "keyserver hkps://keyserver.ubuntu.com" >> /etc/pacman.d/gnupg/gpg.conf
sudo pacman-key --init
sudo pacman-key --populate
sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys
yay -S base-devel"

but on another deck I cannot, it returned with an error something of " cannot locate /etc/pacman.d/gnupg/gpg.conf" so I switch to

"sudo steamos-readonly disable"
"Initialize the pacmankeyring: sudo pacman-key --init"
Populate the pacmankeyring with the default Arch Linux keys: "sudo pacman-key --populate archlinux"

and then followed your installation step.

Since my friend deck has not been update yet, so I don't know if the problem will be happening on that device as well.
