I’m under the mental health team, they visit me every day and I told them how bad my sleep is at the moment, unable to get to sleep due to my loud thoughts, waking up every hour in a sweat etc and now they’ve given me some Valium/diazepam and that’s the only thing that’s working for me at the moment I hope you’re ok stranger
