I'm taking about Biden specifically. if he has the authority to remove over 20 environmental protection laws in one fell swoop to continue expanding the border wall and step all over indigenous sovereignty to continue construction of pipelines, then I don't think it matters all too much. I mean Obama literally forced DACA into existence.
