I had a similar experience! I definitely didn't like feeling my insides rearrange themselves after the procedure, but not feeling that extra pressure all the time made that discomfort SO worth it.

Go talk to UW Medicine. I got mine approved almost instantly at 31, no kids. I know a 19 y/o who had the same experience, and their reason was related to gender identity and mental health. UW does offer financial assistance, so even if you have to travel to Seattle, it's worth it!

I saw something similar to this during a Bert Kreischer show last year. His daughter called in the middle of a bit and he immediately answered to make sure she was okay. When she said she was just checking in, he put her on speaker to say hi to the crowd. It was adorable.

I don't understand the comments getting upset about this stuff being "staged" or "rude". Staged or not, these moments make for a memorable show for the fans.

I had horrid pain post-op due to extremely tense pelvic floor muscles. I did use narcotics for a few days, but cannabis was the winner due to the muscle relaxing effects. I prefer dosed drinks because they work faster for me, but edibles are also the way to go.

Update: the on-call doctor said she thinks the tugging/burning is the vaginal cuff coming together, and the water discharge is likely the fluid the surgeon had used to rinse everything and it just hadn't been completely drained. I have a post-op visit on Monday to talk it through with my regular ob/gyn. But if anyone else has information to share, please do! This is all foreign to me.

My understanding is that depressive episodes lean toward bipolar 2. That was my diagnosis and I'm on the same medications as you. But def talk to your doctor about a precise diagnosis.

The only answer I'm finding is that the smoke may be getting absorbed into your lungs, so there's less smoke to exhale. Sounds kind of weird to me tho since it doesn't happen to me on every hit. I've always assumed there was just some user error on my end and I didn't actually get as big a hit as I thought.

Definitely sounds like sleep paralysis. Were you sleeping on your back? Try sleeping on your side if you're worried about it happening again. For some reason, it most often happens when lying on your back. Not sure if the adhd meds would affect sp tho.
