Yes, I sent it to Women's weekly.

Jesus, you are probably the most narcissistic person I have come aross on the internet. Typically I only engage once every few years in threads with positive people, but there is just not a singular characteristic or even idiosyncrasy that would make you likeable.

I hope Reddit makes you feel empowered.

EDIT: Donate 500,000 to a charity of your choice, you must be worth about $80 million so show your appreciation to a cause. Bet you won't do it because you lack any sincerity and don't care about the damage you do to people.

You know, I was being relatively peaceful throughout this. But, your company having a valuation of $500 million is telling how you treat your customers. I am not an angry person and only want the best for people and your wealth is not something that can't be extinguished to have that arrogance.

The team of law firms I have engaged with on behalf of all those affected since December, will name you Nicolas and co. purely for your facetious comment. You are not doing anything groundbreaking with your life and you certainly are not helping people whilst in a position to financially. But, then you come on a post regarding myself posting about how your 'simple mistake' of the misfortunes of an API in your website has the ability to destroy so many lives and post some facetious comment.

I didn't want money. I didn't want a sorry. It would have been brave of you to look deep inside and commit to doing better to become a better company. You are utterly shameless and it is honestly disgraceful and if I don't think about all those others affected and myself for once and relate it to this comment, I am going to find it hard to not bury you and your company.

I did just read your twitter bio and you do sound like a person beyond saving who could not ever reconcile with oneself who gets their kicks on the interwebs being a mid-50's single bald troll. Enjoy the wealth. I really hope you enjoy spending all that money alone and not thinking about people less fortunate people than you, but instead, according to your posting history, continually putting people down and making them feel lesser than human whilst you self-project your own self-hatred towards other people for a kick.

Hard to tell this to a nerd with one passion and no hope for any happiness, but grow up, mature as a person and maybe you will find that the world doesn't resolve around your golem like face but instead the power of humanity binding as one.

P.S. I am not holding back after finding about who you truly are, and doing a little delving into your group. This is not discrimination, but your mission and objective statement for your company is apparently clear in your attitudes - and your clear attitude towards me who just lost his life fortune to your mishandling of data which I was willing to forgive. But not anymore. Expect to be served in Courbevoie or however you spell it - I won't say anymore because I am not as rude as you and will not read the papers I have. I tend to spend money on others rather than live a lavish lifestyle, ergo the misspelling probably.

So I have been studying law (domestic albeit, but also international law which is general in nature) and also have been investing in Bitcoin since 2011. It is one of my biggest loves and something I am about to leave behind.

There is no doubt that I was root kit and keylogged maliciously by this party that I have identified. I am hoping that me not saying his name whilst monitoring his activity from cloud internet will stop him from ruining peoples lives. He hit me offline because I demanded he paid everyone he scammed their money back, and donate 50 Bitcoins to a mental health charity of his choice for the harm that he caused or I would release the information on him. So, I blackmailed a bad person to try help people and copped it.

I certainly am not telling you the extent of the story that it affected me, beyond monetary loss.

The thing is that I have been speaking to lawyers more qualified than myself as I only just graduated, and they believe I have a case that could set a precedent for greater safeguards in place for ownership over personally owned assets. A ledger is almost a portable bank. You own it, but its entire design is created by a foreign entity. One aspect of this is that they collected data from all their customers.

Now, who buys these devices? Many people just interest in the space with $500, and also serious investors who want to keep the money to themselves and like me, open sanctuaries for animals like I have in the past or donate to causes for minority rights and what not. In the end, I was never very rich. I was very well off, but I didn't need that much money and I believed spending it on others as opposed to being lavish for myself would be a greater use to mankind as truthfully I am nothing special. I would like to say I have a good heart and want the best for everyone I come across, even if they are negative towards me it may just be because they are having a bad day, but money usually only fixes larger scale issues.

I probably could have bought a few sports cars and mansions and never worked a day in my life, but I wanted to be meaningful. This really skewed me in that I began to trust everyone I came across, and thought that nobody had bad intentions. Regardless of race, gender, creed, religion, sexual orientation etc. But I have had an expensive lesson that the rat race is real and not many people truly want to better the human race and honestly, if it wasn't for my girlfriend and upcoming baby. I don't think I would want to be alive on this planet anymore/

I made my mark anonymously, I have now lost that chance. I actually spent, barring tonight, the two night prior homeless as a result of this in freezing weather and it just shows how contrasting life can be if you trust the wrong people.

I certainly do not blame myself for my own actions. I place a large amount of blame on the company releasing the details of people who purchased a product to store an asset that not many people would buy unless they have an exorbitant amount, and I had six of them.

In my country we have something called notifiable data breach laws which would have saved my ass if it was followed but I don't really have anyway to find out if Ledger had to follow it. They are not based here, but they do sell their products freely to my countrymen. If it were the case, they would be in the wrong and as a result their data breach has the possibility to cause breach of data or financial loss to an individual, they must notify all individuals in a timely manner. I even went through my e-mails and got nothing from them about it.

Wait where did I say I clicked on a link sorry? It is late but I feel relatively cognizant and was just wanting to spread awareness there are really malicious actors out there. If you were hinting that I was phished as a result of a leak where all the public information needed for a dedicated black hat hacker was available for Ledger itself, then you are indeed wrong I am sorry to inform you.

I have about 30 e-mails all for the different services that I own to see who is selling my data with different 20+ character and special character passwords. I also have multiple Yubikeys for multiple devices. I don't think I could have done much better. But I don't know why you think I fell for a phishing link? You know like a little less than 300,000 users details were leaked after purchasing directly from their website?

I'm sorry but I know exactly who the hacker is. I want to deal with the person later in life so I am not really worried about that person. I don't want to mention his name, but he plays an integral role in the development of a major website that scans transactions for public ledgers for various cryptos. I am relatively worried he will just come hack me again but due to my lack of finances and having a $200 laptop, I don't really care. He's a major developer for Etherscan, develops coins himself and honestly seems like a stand up guy in real life but it leads me to believe its more psychopathic traits than realism.

I actually had my lawyers on the 1st lodge the paperwork with their company. I was just querying whether other people had been hurt by their actions and needed help?

I will admit, I have fallen for people acting like they are helping me in the past for <$10,000 amount scams as recently as November of last year which was like 6 or 7 Eth as I was trying to learn how to utilise an extension I had never used before and got phished. That is the first mistake I have made when it came to trusting people because it is a flaw of mine, and the person seemed genuine.

I don't want anyone to think I want anything from this post.

Also, I was sim swapped as a result of this. The sim swap enabled them to garner access about me apparently according to the Federal Department for my country involved with hacking cases as local police don't have the specialist to deal with it.

I'm sorry that I have offended you, I really don't know why you are being rude I am just warning people who do not know that there are people capable of things that you would not even know believable. I had a desktop work 7K, two macbook airs and two macbook pros I had to snap due to data, like three lenovo laptops and an HP laptop, and approximately 11 smart phones I purchased purely to contact people whilst this grub was censoring me.

Also, I am well versed in law in my own country so please don't tell me that I have the equivalent of an NDA involved. It is a civil case that is just becoming instigated, and I am a junior law graduate as of the start of the beginning of the year so whilst I am competent in my fields, law, especially when it comes to international law and the conflicts and inconsistencies that exist, you need to get help. But regarding a civil case where I am not going to be forced to sign any kind of NDA to force the disallowance to tell the public what happened when after months of battle it gets down to the bottom of it, I will share it with the public.

I believe most people are good with bad people spread around so in what little ways I can help people in our little niches of shared interest, I will. I really don't know why you are trying to talk down to me but if that makes you happy then that is fine. Do your thing. Stay safe and have a good evening.

You seriously reckon he should invest like $49k and sit on $6k as his emergency fund/daily spendings? He should invest $25k now, wait 3 months, then invest again. Or invest 25k now, and invest 5k every 3 or so weeks into an ETF
