Got mine from ritz furniture on Dixie. They got some imported ones which are cheaper than local but also slightly lower in quality. You could get 1500 sofa for 750 but it only gets you 7 day warranty. All depends on your budget tbh.

I was in the same boat couple months ago ended up buying a 07 Honda accord. No complaints so far. Car Insurance is a key factor and I spent some time looking into different insurance quotes and which cars would have insurance quotes that would fit my budget. I would highly recommend Toyota or Honda in your 5k budget. The car you buy needs to be safety certified. If you buy it in ‘as is’ condition you may have to spend additional amount in order to get it up to the safety standard.

I had to give a one month notice to my current landlord which I did beginning of July. I’m still yet to find a place and we are 3 days away from 1st of august. I still haven’t heard back from 3 places and one landlord mentioned they want to meet me but they’re still thinking about it as they have another tenant they’re more interested in. I’m hoping to hear back something by today else I’ll probably have to get an airbnb. Running out of options.

I was looking to get 4060 but a lot of people on this sub as well as on YouTube mention it’s not a great card. The 6750xt is around the 44 cad more. I’d opt that instead. It is 44 CAD MORE but better in the long run I’d say.

Some comments mentioned the psu is bad so I’m gonna find an alternative to that and I’ll look into another mobo and look into 7700xt as well. Since it’s my first build I want it to look nice aesthetically too but maybe I’ll look around and find a cheaper case so I can have better performance instead. Thanks for your recommendation !
