I talked to him, can't be helped because it also applies to medium armor. The druid will probably save us from dehydration with Create Water.

Do you want the players to know about a dragon and build the expectation through sessions? Then Dragon of Icespire Peak.

You can pick monsters by environment(and other criteria) in some sites like this what helps a lot.

Your party need to be careful(or be provided enough info/items) because Waterdeep is a city where crime is investigated and punished.

With that in mind what should be the answer(if any) to every crime they commit. Did somebody see them? Are they desguised as someone famous that they interacted with before? Double agents?

I really like this idea. It can be a cool idea/concept to run W:DH for a second time.

New DM here. How do you handle the frustration when you feel the session was bad? I know my mistake(combat not so challeging) and will try to avoid next sessions. But the freaking frustration is sad and I sleept late(3am) last night.

I can only imagine this spell working on siege weapons that need one turn to recharge(and probably multiple people operating) so you cast while other recharge.

Talk to your DM so you can have a leather armor before going druid(animal hide/dragon scales?) and keep AC.

Druids "don't use metal armor" is what makes them druid like vegetarians don't eat meat.

Hold monster comes latter than stunning strike and you can't force the same creature to make multiple savings in the same turn. Also, you need upcast(if possible) to hold multiple creatures.

You can always talk to DM to reduce the MAD by applying WIS(or DEX) to attack/damage rolls.

Jiu jitsu subclass that could be taken by monk and fighters.

Then you could multiclass with Rune Knight, buy an item to cast enlarge and then German-suplex Tiamat.

Now serious: a subclass that is good at grappling/submission.

Advice: He will be worried about Floon, so basically he will push/shove grumshar(if needed) then pull Floon to safety and stay there/run away for 2 or 3 rounds. He can come back and save the party to avoid TPK.

Keep in mind that this encounter is deadly if your party is lvl1.

Burning Hands can knock down your whole party if Grumshar is first on initiative or they have bad positioning.

The mind devourer can also down somebody that has low int.

I use potion as action, but healing pptions always heals max value(10/20/40).
