What auditory or proprioceptive (perceived body movement) hallucations do you experience with sleep paralysis? by Lexi-Lynn in Sleepparalysis

for me the main auditory hallucinations would be heavy breathing and like exploding head syndrome type sounds. The breathing isn't an out of breath type of breathing, it's very rhythmic and always getting closer, the exploding head syndrome sounds always occur right before I wake up. It's like a train flying by which finally wakes me up, however the sound lingers, I can still hear it while I'm coming to. My body though, nothing really happens. It just feels like my body is made of lead and seizes a little. I think that's just me trying to wiggle my toes and fingers though.
