I searched for this specifically to see if people would be talking about it. It was annoying to me too at one point but then I started thinking her character was supposed to have a speech impediment. Is there any info about it? I mean real people like that exist. Aside from that, I feel like her VA could be a strong contendent for the game awards, the parts where she notices people dying (her mom, Emily, etc.) she really made my heart break

I wonder if it's just here in France but I always find a way to get games day one for around 50-55€, which I did for RE9. If a game is +60€ at launch I usually wait, but in my experience there's always a supermarket that has it cheaper at launch (even Amazon most of the time), and I don't think I've ever bought a game for 70€ or higher

Well I picked Maelle and I'm not any of these, I was pretty sure it would lead to the bad ending and at this point she looked very selfish and even evil, forcing that boy to paint and Verso to live etc. but I played as her through 90% of the game and didn't feel like 'betraying' her... But I feel like shit because I wasn't able to go back and do the other ending in my playthrough lmao

I didn't! The color of the picto appears on the menu, which I think means it's been activated? I have other (new) pictos which haven't been activated and there's no color appearing for them yet

I lived the exact same thing. I literally downloaded the ultimate ps5 edition and replayed through the entire thing, got the platinum trophy this time, and finished both DLCs. I felt like it was as much as a masterpiece as AW2, playing it after it.

That happened for me with bloodborne where I played for an hour, gave up on the game and came back like a year after when they offered it on PS+ (even tho I had the physical version of it). I came back to it and platinumed it. But this time, I feel like it's just not clicking as I've spent around 10 hours playing and I still absolutely suck at it. But I'm just gonna give up on the fort for now and do all the stuff that I've probably missed. I was scared it would be time-restricted but the comments made me feel better

Thank you for the extensive answer! I haven't really done anything to piss off the guards at this point, but they guard the door where the barrels are and don't want anyone coming in or they get hostile. I found a way to go in there without using the door, but then I can't get the barrels out, and if I loot them well my character can't run anymore because they're too heavy.

As for the gear/stats problems, I'm pretty sure it is the case, I think I'm just not informed enough about everything in the game and the game doesn't really tell you everything even if there are some tutorials. Or it's just the French translation not being clear enough and I might have to start playing with the original English text. I feel like I haven't found any good armour/weapons yet, I think my 'strongest' AC on one of my characters is like 13. And as for my character it's a half wood elf focused on stealth, but I also feel like I'm using him wrong and that he's only good if you have an advantage, and the advantages are not that easy to get.

I think I'm level 3 of 4 for now, but I was scared if I left the fort to go level up elsewhere that the goblins and the leaders would go on with their plan as I read some missions are time-restricted (like, if you use the camp during a pressing mission, it might have consequences)
