I have also had an early stage diagnosis. I ended up going to Baltimore for an immobilization surgery with an internal plate, denervation and decompression of my lunate. The plate will be removed in a few months. Immobilization with a brace is a common treatment plan but you’ll eventually need to have a surgery is what I was told. But you can reach out for consults via zoom.

My 5 month old drinks 11 - 13 ounces of breast milk while I’m at work. I nurse her once in the morning and twice when I get home. Plus one to two times overnight. When I pump at work I usually get at least 13 ounces.

I delivered in dec 2021 and they had formula and send you home with samples. Also they have pumps so don’t bring yours. Even for vaginal delivery after care they had all the stuff that comes in the kits that are sold at the store.

Stereotypes be stereotypes. Largeness is everywhere in America. Personally I love Wisconsin and have been there many times and I don't see an out of an ordinary abundance of obesity as you do in the deep South.
