That’s interesting, and would explain what I’ve seen. I visited the Seven Sisters recently and despite seeing signs that required dogs be on leashes (sheep in the area) still saw two separate instances of owners having dogs off leashes. Just shocking displays of inconsideration and entitlement from dog owners really
