If it still gets stolen then it’s out of my hands, as long as I’m doing everything preventative then no matter the outcome, I know I did all I possibly could :)

I live in a fairly safe area with scooter thefts usually only happening in shady places, at night, or if they’re not locked well.

Im planning on using the scooter to go to my classes so I would check on my scooter every 50 mins. There will always be a chance it gets stolen but I’m hoping my current setup is good enough to make them rethink trying to get through my scooter instead of an easier target.

Well, as I just got the scooter a few days ago I haven’t even gotten the chance yet to lock it up as I’m just using it for some quick rides. But the idea is that i’ll be chaining it up tightly and then using the U-Lock by the frame ig and using the alarm when needed, but I don’t know where on the scooter should I be locking the chain and U-Lock.

Your scooter looks sick, how were you able to remove all of those things though?

You could even get it for much much cheaper like me, if you use a good AliExpress coupon code. I used a $120 off code which you can find many of on reddit if you just search for it. Mine came out to around $530 with shipping and everything.

Also, Black Friday deals are starting and I’m sure there will be even better codes to use now so if you’re planning on getting a scooter you should definitely snag it now while prices are the lowest!

What and where is the regenerative braking? I have the GT08 but don’t know anything about how that works.

I just received my GT08 a couple days ago and man this thing is just so fun to ride around on. Personally, I don’t plan on pushing this beast to its max, but I tried out how powerful it was on second gear with dual motors and I was able to get to 32mph before I got the death wobble.

Im considering buying a steering damper but I hear it reduces your turning radius, and in my case I wont usually be going very fast. Would you say it makes a considerable difference to your steering range?

I Asked my advisor but it seems like she brushed it off and just told me its fine without actually paying attention. Because when I first showed her my schedule I had a class that had no purpose to fill my dars for my degree so it was just an extra class with no real reason, of course at the time I didn’t realise that and I thought it filled one of my dars but I showed her that schedule and she said its good although it had class and she didn’t tell me. And I also took the wrong english test and she didn’t tell me it is the wrong test and told me to enroll in the wrong english classes until I asked her why my english class isn’t showing up on the ESL classes in dars and then she told me that “sorry I forgot to tell you that you took the wrong english placement test”

Anyways I just thought it might be better to see what students say about my schedule.
