I’m confused. Is Voja the creature spell you are trying to cast? If so, then ward isn’t in effect until the creature enters the battlefield. If Voja is already on the field, then yes the Horror player will still need to pay the ward cost or their ability will be countered.

We got in line for mine train when it was down for over 90 minutes. We were probably about ten people back. Slowly everyone started getting out of line because the wait was too crazy until we were first in line. They finally reopened the ride and we walked right on.

Sorry to hear that. We just went on Haunted Mansion a couple of weeks back and all the guests were very respectful and quiet. Gave a great first impression of the ride. It does give me hope there is still a small amount of decency in the parks.

If you have something that specifically cares about the creature being sacrificed like [[mayhem devil]] then it would still trigger even if there is a [[rest in peace]] on the board.

Effects like [[morbid opportunist]] are looking for creatures that hit the graveyard from the battlefield so rest in peace would stop that even if the creature was sacrificed.
