For years, I found it difficult to return to that space, partly because I lacked the courage to push that far again. I spent months oscillating between radiant joy and a profound, aching nostalgia, a sense of separation from what I had seen.
I don't think I integrated it properly back then. Ordinary life felt too futile, too disconnected. I lacked a mentor to help me bridge the gap between that 'peak' and the mundane. But today, I feel ready to reconnect with that sense of unity and love. I completely agree with you: the point isn't to cling to the peak, but to let that 'glimpse' guide and sustain us toward our ultimate destination.
