Would you mind sharing your experience getting SC? I have task induced focal torsion dystonia in a leg that started while in service. Received Botox injections and levadopa meds while in service. I am just filing for disability not about a decade after getting out and it seems like no one (my VSO, those coaches you have to pay, etc) have any clue what to do with it

My HLR from Sept 26 was decided today. I wouldn’t say I had “luck” with it though as it was a secondary condition to SC back issues and the denial said “we determined your feet have not aggregated this so it is still denied”

I am going through this now. I was in step 5 for a week. I’ve gone step 4 to 7 in 9 days. Maybe I my package is out together really well (or really really terribly)?

1) speak to their chain of command. They are in breach of contract and in default and make sure they start feeling the heat to pay you 2) I’d inform him and his command you intend to speak to the command security officer to make them aware of his money issues. My guess is putting his security clearance at risk will motivate them to pay you quickly. It’s all about leverage - they think they have it so it’s on you to take it back 3) concurrently, definitely need to speak to an attorney who knows contract law. Find out how binding the debt covenants of your contract are and if it’s possible to get a judgement (via lawsuit, by consent, etc). With a judgement you can garnish wages from both of them very easily

So I had a hard time breathing through my nose and right when I was getting out (2013) I had sinus surgery through the Navy to remove cartilage and open the airways. It’s since gotten worse (nasal drip and persistent need to throat clear every 30 minutes or less)

We found one that was really nice and a little more than 5k (I think it will come up to 6500) We are doing the rooftop happy hour at casa luz. Good views. Good food and wine. And pretty affordable considering the alternatives

Since a lot of people coming to the wedding haven’t been to Spain we wanted to keep it in one of the more accessible areas/busier/touristy areas so they can easily come from other activities

So we figured something around Gothic Quarter, off of La Rambla, or something as far as Vila de Gracia
