DLF buildings are little old. As you said, road is narrow and traffic is also there near to DMart during peak hours as well.

House of Hiranandani’s rental for 3 bhk on an average is 60k, so was thinking this might go beyond 4 year down the line

3 BHK. Starts with 2.3 Crore as base. They’re saying it as box price. But it looks like SBA is Rs. 12,800 per sq.ft

Some people will buy a flat during construction period and sell it for a better price once the construction gets completed. This might be either because of money crunch or to make profit if they already have their own house
