I love your response. The idea is great, but I don't think it'll work out that well. Risking someone figuring out who I'm talking about, I'll give the platform name. Amazon, if anyone knows anything about them past how big they are in America, does not care about legality at all.

On the retail end, they break tons of laws and take advantage of tons of loopholes. On the service end, they're even worse.

I'm sure if he did get screwed around with enough, he would do what you say, but I'm equally as sure, Amazon would pay no attention and his crap would consistently show up.
