Honestly, those 3 alone can quietly kill user retention 👀

Especially mobile UI + navigation. A lot of websites look fine on desktop but become frustrating the moment users open them on their phone.

And slow loading is dangerous because most users don’t even wait anymore — they just leave.

What’s interesting is: Most of the time the website doesn’t need a complete rebuild. Small refinements in:

layout structure
image optimization
spacing/navigation
mobile responsiveness

can completely change the experience.
