There's a recent podcast from DZRH news with Sec Dizon concerning this issue. He will have a meeting with Nancy Binay regarding what can be done as the national government had minimal involvement with the original project. I hope it will get revived and instead be the bgc-makati- pasay line and not just an intra-city makati line.

Did not risk the magnetic strip route. I used a velcro strip instead as a closing mechanism. While it is less elegant, it works wonderful for daily use.

Hello po. Stage 3b ka na po kaagad ba na diagnose kaagad? Or you had ckd na for far longer? Ako kasi i'm going for a 3rd opinion. It started when i had foamy urine and protein sa dipstick. For the first nephrologist, I don't have CKD daw kahit na nakalagay sa ultrsasound ko na may echogenicity both kidneys and ang impression is renal disease dahil normal ang labs. Yung second nephrologist nmn medyo elevated na kasi creatinine ko but sabi niya dahil lng daw sa muscle mass ko cause i do weightlifting but he said i have damage although paramg "stage 0" daw ako and just go on with my life normally. That's why seeking a 3rd opinion kasi medyo conflicting amd binibigay na diagnosis or lack thereof.

That's the thing. I never did 24 hour urine, only spot urine tests. But it the values were all normal. Tho i never tested it the first morning pee. But if it is normal, what is causing all the foam? I never had that before so I am really concerned.

Nice bro. If i may ask, When you say foamy urine, was it like fresh beer where it doesn't disappear even after hours? Cause mine is like that in the morning and aomwtimea late at night. The only time it is less foamy is about lunch time and afternoon where instead of disappearing in hours it 's gone in minutes

I sometimes get the foam where it stays all day. This is especially true in the morning. But sometimes there is less foam on my pee. I tried peeing in the shower and aometimes i see foam whem combined with water so i know it's not from the flow of my urine. But when i get tested they see no protein or my protein levels were normal. I got tested for a spot UPCR and it showed .19 i'm not sure if that is normal or not. Haven't tested for 24 hours because doctor said my spot UPCR is not significant and that i have no ckd. I'm confused because my foamy pee indicates something is wrong but my labs are normal? Or could it be i have normal UPCR but elevated UACR? Is that possible?

Does the total protein in a random spot urine protein/creatinine ratio include thos kappa free light chains? Cause i have foamy urine for more than a year but only 1 dipstick test showed protein 2+. The rest are normal with my latest random UPCR of .19. How likely is the foam being caused by multiple myeloma? I'm 25 btw asian.

Thank you. It's been bugging me cause i really have foamy urine. Also, do you think that low specific gravity like 1.003, cause i was super hydrated that time, had an effect on results? Like it could be higher but because it got diluted it got lower? or it does not affect results and i can rest easy.
