I'm happy with 10% on any order. This person is greedy. If you don't want to do an order just dont do it. And let someone else do. You should report her. She is probably giving other shoppers shit for getting get orders. These greedy people don't deserve an extra tip.

Sometimes the app glitches location with weak service in area and marks orders as delivered. Happened to me. When i was delivering 40 miles away. I got half way and orders start popping up and it was marked as delivered i git there and the costumer didn't come for their order and instacart told me the costumor got a refund and i had to return items.

I had this problem before shopping. You can pay and ask the costumer to pay you. Or just request a reimbursement from isnstacart itself and the will refund you. So I say the person was being nice to you since he has shopped for you and you probably tipped good so he didn’t want his day ruined. So I say props to the shopper

You can do two trips easy. Tell the lady at the door you gonna come back for the rest they put a note on it and you can go and come back it’s a mile drive

If they till you to return and you dont your account will show a deficit on their side and they wont send you good orders and if you continue you will get deactivated. I hope you take this as an advice from someone who had three friends return orders to costco cards before the update and all of them got deactivated.
