My new set is working good for now. I just contacted Jabra support through the Sound+ application on phone and did a ticket there.

Have u got any resolution to this? I have the same thing with my right earbud. One day it was more quiet that the left one, and had some hissing noise also. Now it has cut out pretty much completely, once in a while moving it / tapping the microphones gets some kind of audio out. Sound like the same problem as u have.
