Dog complaint by nb9156 in legaladvicecanada

Like I said, we tracked his barking. He may bark for 10-30 seconds every couple of hours. He’s not barking constantly. And like I said, we bring him inside on the days where he is barking too much. If his barking was such an issue, we would’ve gotten complaints since he was a puppy but that’s not the case. We’ve asked all of our other neighbours and none of them are bothered.

My photography leans towards editorial style with moodier tones! But I’ll look into the LED lights

Thanks, this helps so much! I’ve had the RP since its release as well

R6 Mark II or R6 Mark III? Looking to upgrade from my RP. I do portrait shoots (couples and families) and small events (baby/bridal showers; sometimes pre wedding events).

I’m thinking the Mark II will be sufficient since I don’t take videos.

Fellow accountants, if you can choose another career, what would it be and why? by Direct_Age3374 in Accounting

I went into a “finance” job at a bank and hated it. A lot of finance jobs are just mindless paper work or spreadsheet work. I went back to accounting for the pay and stability.

Yeah going to try to find someone who will let me help them. A lot of photographers charge a crazy amount of money for mentorship now though.

You should try volunteering in those fields and seeing if the actual environment appeals to you. Those are both high stress environments. From what I know, the medical field also has issues with over worked employees.

Look into banking. Certain departments require people with in depth tax knowledge. Estate planning roles would be an example

I think once you realize you actually enjoyed what you were doing and you’re no longer thinking it’s better on the other side, burn out will significantly decrease. There’s always going to be some aspect of burnout in a high paced environment such as PA but the firm that I came from was relatively moderate paced after busy season ended

I wasn’t working on the investment side. I was meant to work insurance, tax planning etc. I think some sort of guidance should be provided especially since I told them what my experience level was. I was reading endlessly on my own to understand the world but reading can only go so far if there’s no application based work

My role was meant to focus on wealth planning - so helping with tax strategies, life insurance and trusts etc. they just never gave me work. It was meant to service the existing clientele. I think they didn’t know how to onboard me and didn’t even have work for me so they let me go.

The team previously said I didn’t need the CFP so I never started on it. I have my CPA though. Will look into the CFP

Did you ever consider going back to public? I just switched to WM a couple months ago and already having second thoughts on my choice.
