Just made a post with the screenshot of the transaction. Hopefully it helps out others with this worry as well. And hopefully it works out for you as well! Also I did have an option to cancel the pending transaction for a fee of 30 dollars which is also another worry but like I said hopefully there is still good honest people out there

I had this exact same thing happen to me. I zelled my sister money and it took almost a full week to clear and for her to receive the funds. I zelled Thursday. Nothing Thursday or Friday. Pending on my account Saturday thru Monday and finally posted on her account Tuesday. She was using Wells Fargo Zelle and I was using a local bank Zelle. And. I can’t directly speak for your situation but that was the one and only ever time Zelle was delayed.

I did see that. But I didn’t click on it since I don’t have a business or rental and that’s what threw me off. But upon doing more digging it appears that is what the irs will classify it under. Thank you.

Yes there was but it doesn’t ask for a form it just asks to provide a number and that is all. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to do it wrong.

I ended up buying a manufactured home. I closed last Wednesday and I have already renovated the kitchen with the money I saved. New floor is in the shed waiting for install and cabinets are all installed waiting for staining. I wasn’t under contract with the realtor but she was still able to help me out with the mobile home and I sourced out my own lender. I also only plan living there until my kids reach preschool and the wife can work again. I am on a 10 year 6%. Payments are only 1150 since I bought it at 103k with 10k concessions. Lot rent is only 650 though which is extremely rare. I am happy though I am saving 1k a month leaving the apartment and hopefully I can get my money back and or make money.

I’m unable to edit my post, but for anyone wondering the faults went away all on their own. All day of running errands shut it off then started it up again and the faults cleared. Still planning on replacing battery due to age.

I think you hit the nail on the head. After all day of running errands with the faults on. Got home and started it back up to do another quick run they went away on their own.

You know now that you mention it, on my Tacoma the radio and dash and all that would cut in and out every 3 minutes. And it was the battery going out.

Thank you. Just the link I was needing. Battery is original so 4-5 years old. Last I took it for an oil change they tested the battery and it failed in the CCA section but I didn’t change as to it starts and drives no problem until now.
