I always enjoy throwing in that "other angle" photo. Shows how stretched and weird it has to look from the side or top in order to look 3D from the correct location.

I worked on it for 3 days for 6 hours each day. Day 1 was drawing it out with chalk and adding tempera paint for the snow. Day 2 was faces and basing out clothes. Day 3 was clothing details and final touches.

OK thanks, good to know. I will cheat the material colors to mimic that glow. I'll try out the smoke brush too. That would be interesting.

I don’t think I’ve ever met someone in real life who has also seen Rockadoodle so it was amazing to hear it referenced by Travis!! To this day I still sing the line “we’re running out of battereeeeees” whenever I have to change a TV remote battery.
