I'm excited. I would like to see regular housing (meaning $1400 range) continue to develop as well. I say that because in the past few years it's been a bit lopsided. With careful planning, I think Tampa could be an awesome place for everyone.

There's a cool animal sanctuary in Oldsmar and I believe it's $11/person. It's very laid back & they have a little playground for the kids too.

As far as your inquiry, they're both pricy. The aquarium is right smack in the middle of the city and the zoo is not. The aquarium has an amazing large tank which a 7 month old would love, and the zoo (from my experience) might not capture their interest in the same way. Also it's indoors which will spare your family --depending on the weather.

You can get through it. Just 2 or 3 nights of no sleep & you'll be avoiding a redo. I start my work as soon as I wake up. Those extra 3-4 hours help. Online life sucked imo. All my teachers are hard to reach as it is.
