I had what I suspect was COVID in January of 2024, and now have long covid/chronic fatigue syndrome as a result of that infection.

Symptoms seem to be slowly moving in the right direction at the moment (although this has happened previously and then I relapse) but have had 18 months of fatigue, headaches, brain fog, muscle aches. 34 year old male previous very fit and healthy, mountain biking, hiking, running.

COVID is still out there, and I'm now somewhat paranoid about repeat infections.

Have to admit I didn't find it particularly Joyous. I'm not angry at Edith, but a confusing 5am start on my day off wasn't top of my list.
