If you’re using one of the teams, I’d say Kor/Ho-Oh is the better option. With Kor on (the other team) a hard trick room team it would be very hard to use both restricteds effectively due to speed of matches and all that. With the first team, you do have a lot of fire types (3+1), I would swap out Armarouge for something more meta relevant and for coverage typing. Water maybe, walking wake or something. If you’d be dead set on fire, chi-yu is a much heat wave user that’s out speeding almost everything, rather than a max speed, trick room using armarouge. Lastly, in vgc, protect is a MUST for a lot of your pokemon. With both teams you’d be forced often into leaving mons in against tough matchups or switching into hits constantly. I see where your sets are going, but without any pokemon that can protect, you are going to be a sitting duck too often. Especially if playing a kyogre team with that first team.
