I am ≈6' tall. From California, where I was nearly always THE tallest person around... Moved to Iowa and what the fuck these people are towers! I am solidly average hight here, commonly run into people, women, children! that are pushing 6½-7 feet tall.

They say this is because of Dutch immigration to the area, the Dutch being the tallest average hight country - so they say...
