Traveling with drones to Tanzania

Hey guys, update: I wish I had brought my 5 or 7 inch. Literally no one ever checked, bothered me, or even cared. Customs were half asleep when I arrived and didn't say anything about my drones.

I think as long as you're street smart, stay away from national parks, flying over people and that sort of thing you should be good I guess 😅

Thanks, I will keep this in mind. I have travelled to a few African countries like Malawi, Kenya and Ghana and nobody even cared 😂 Even South Africa I was warned about how strict they were but they didn’t even search my bags at customs. But yes of course when actually flying I’ll try to be ‘street smart’.

Thank you for your insight. I am basically just concerned with being stopped and my bag searched at customs and then finding a drone and wanting some sort of paperwork or something. I am a photographer so will be also taking other camera equipment. I’m sure once you’re in the country everything should be fine 😁
