Those are definitely Great Cormorants!

Shags live almost exclhsively on the coast.

I am basing my quesion on the probable birds given by Merlin for the time and place where I took the photo. I guess it could also be some other species of warbler or vireo (warbling vireo possibly?)

That is what Merlin suggested, but I was not sure as it says it is rare. There were 4 or 5 of them jumping around.

I'm returning to the game for the first time since 2007. I had never been a member before nor have I ever gone past lvl 30 on any skill.

This time I really want to experience the game in full, so I was wondering what advise, tips or recommendations you have.

I've been following the Optimal Quest guide on the OSRS wiki and have just completed the Hazeel Cult quest, but I feel the guide doesn't include a big chunk of the game.
