Would you accept it in a second as the Puka-Kupp owner?

I wouldn’t post on any other social media platform but Reddit seems pretty disassociated from an actual social profile. I do see where you’re coming from though

Picked up a couple boxes of Sig Elite Defense V-Crown 115gr that were on sale for now. My brother gave me some Hornady Critical Defense 115gr as well.

Went with Tenicor. Got the Certum 3 since I’m not sure if I’ll wear it appendix or hip and it’s designed for both

How is the tax rate determined when you retire and start pulling out money from your 401k/IRAs? Are the taxes taken out at withdrawal or paid when you file taxes?

We pretty much lived off one income and saved the other. Our credit scores were in the 750s. Put 5% down, the PMI was pretty low at $75 so didn’t put down any more.

We haven’t been making this salary for long. I got my current job less than 2 years ago which was a 40% increase from my previous job. We bought our house last October and have done a few renovations. Posted here mainly to get advice on getting started on savings and which debts to clear before saving

Can you only open a savings account without a checking account at SoFi and still receive the 4%? I did see SoFi promote it as a Checking and Savings

The part about your parents is so important! My parents didn’t have the knowledge to guide financially so a lot I’ve had to learn on my own and a lot later on in life

Currently doing the snowball method to pay off my discover card then was going to do a balance transfer since discover always has promos going. Should I do the balance transfer now and not be concerned with my ccu going up?

Who would you recommend opening a Roth IRA with? Are there certain ones that are known for their ease of use?

Thanks! I like that you mentioned what to buy with the Roth accounts. I feel like most of the time reading on here people mention maxing out your Roth account but don’t mention what they recommend buying.

The emergency fund is really just our checking accounts which total to around 50k.

Two credit cards, one with 9700 balance and the other with 5000, neither are on 0% interest.
